Uncovering the Hidden Pattern Keeping You Stuck
An Introduction to Shadow Work
Most people try to change their lives by fixing behaviors on the surface—setting boundaries, thinking positively, or pushing themselves harder.
But the real reason you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships, career, or decision-making isn’t conscious.
It’s hidden.
In this experiential workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful introduction to shadow work—the process of uncovering the unconscious patterns that quietly drive your choices, reactions, and results.
You’ll begin to see:
- Why you stay in relationships longer than you should
- Why you hesitate, people-please, or avoid conflict
- Why success or change feels harder than it should
Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll have a direct experience of identifying one of your core patterns and understanding how it was formed.
More importantly, you’ll leave with a new perspective that allows you to respond differently—so you can begin creating:
- Healthier, more honest relationships
- Clearer decisions and boundaries
- Greater confidence in your direction
Shadow work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about seeing what’s been hidden so you can finally move forward with clarity and intention.
