Healing Service

Struggling with stress, pain, or illness? This healing gathering offers a compassionate space to explore the mind-body-spirit connection and support physical, mental and emotional healing through spiritual practice. Rooted in New Thought principles, we work with affirmations, visualization, meditation, and belief-shifting to activate the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal.

Practicing Compassionate Communication in Relationship

Join us each month for a dedicated practice circle designed to foster deeper connection, mutual understanding, and transformative dialogue that embraces conflict as an opportunity for learning and growth.

In this supportive space, we will explore and apply Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and other peacebuilding practices while actively working to disrupt the habits of domination culture and connect to our inherent compassionate nature.

Through guided exercises, reflective practices, and open dialogue, we’ll nurture compassion, strengthen communication across divides, and cultivate relationships rooted in mutual respect and collaboration.

Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to deepen your understanding, all are welcome to reset, reconnect, and grow in community.

Just Breathe: Integral Breathwork Session

Take a break from your routine and join us for an hour of Integral Breathwork to support stress management, self-love, and spiritual development. This session is designed to accommodate different levels of practice.

Integral Breathwork is a powerful, experiential method of self-exploration using focused breath and evocative music to support inner processes, eliciting non-ordinary states of consciousness, and facilitating the release of unresolved memories and emotions for bringing about lasting, positive life changes.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal, and/or whatever you need to be comfortable.
