Healing Vibes: Immersive Sound Bath

Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and open up to the benefits of sound healing. Totally relax and let go!  Unplug from the stress and constant stimuli that surrounds us. Allow the healing sound and vibration of the gong and vibratory instruments to wash over your body and mind for clarity and total relaxation. The session starts with light breath work and progressive relaxation to prepare the body and mind for a sound bath. We seal the energy of our journey with a short meditation.

This gathering is designed to help you slow down and tune into your emotions with curiosity and compassion. Through guided reflection and simple practices, we’ll create space to acknowledge and process our feelings in a supportive environment.
