TRUST THE DISCOMFORT
This month we are exploring Divine Discomfort with a focus on Iyanla Vanzant’s Four Essential Trusts – Trust in Self, God, Others, and Life. But what about trusting the discomfort itself? When you trust the discomfort, it can be a guide to foster personal growth, resilience, and deeper self-trust. Harnessing the lessons hidden within discomfort unlocks your potential for a more empowered life!
THE ALCHEMY OF DISCOMFORT
Embracing divine discomfort can be a powerful catalyst for spiritual awakening. By reframing our relationship with discomfort, we can unlock its potential to propel us toward greater self-awareness and deeper spiritual fulfillment.
RESILIENCE AND ONENESS
This week we will explore the connection between all that we’ve heard and read about resilience and how it is organically connected to our New Thought principle of Oneness.
CULTIVATING CALM AND STILLNESS…. EVEN WHEN ANXIOUS
What if you could live your life where anxiety is a reality, but not your lifestyle? Anxiety doesn’t have to be at zero in order for calm and stillness to exist. EMBRACING THE INTERPLAY: CREATE, PLAY, REST
The interplay between creating, playing, and resting is a dynamic process that supports personal growth, well-being, and resilience. As we give time and attention to all three, we begin to experience greater synergy in our lives. At times it might feel hard to make time because we are surrounded by voices that dismiss anything not considered “productive” as frivolous or unnecessary.
GRATITUDE, JOY, AND INTUITION
This week, we’ll explore Guidepost 4, cultivating a practice of gratitude for sustainable joy, regardless of circumstances. And Guidepost 5, trusting and honing intuition as a crucial tool for decision-making and authentic living. Join us this Sunday to continue our exploration of The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown.
CULTIVATING A RESILIENT SPIRIT
Resilience is something we are all capable of, however, our capacity for resilience is constantly changing. Life is constantly changing, so our capacity to be resilient requires us to constantly change as well. Resilience doesn’t look a certain way, rather it is a quality or ability. Resilience requires awareness, willingness and practice.
A WHOLEHEARTED LIFE
When we own our stories and stop denying them, we are no longer defined by them. By taking ownership, we empower ourselves to step out of the blame and shame cycle and create new stories and step onto the path to living a more wholehearted life.
KNOW NOTHING IS NEEDED
Love and belonging are essential to living an enjoyable life. However, awareness of our worthiness is the crucial component required for us to experience love and belonging. Are you aware?
