Walking Each Other Home Grief Group: Finding Peace in the Chaos

Are you feeling afraid, angry, anxious, confused about what is happening in our country right now? Would you like to feel more personal peace in the midst of the chaos and uncertainty?

All of these feelings are understandable reactions to what is happening and they are also natural responses to grief.

We will be looking at these turbulent, distressing times that we are living in right now through a grief lens.

Feelings of disorientation, disbelief, a sense of overwhelm, even paralysis, often accompany the loss of a loved one by those who are grieving.

This is happening as well for many of us as we try to take in and process what is occurring in our country.

By sharing and processing our feelings of grief we re-establish our peace, regain our balance, and find our voice. It is then that we are able to more clearly respond to the world around us.

Join us as we have this conversation and share and support one another in our grief.
