Monday Night Meditations: Ease Into Your Night

Join us on Monday nights for guided meditations to create better sleep habits by shutting down your technology and just listening as you ease into your nightly routine. You may also usher in a more mindful and peaceful week ahead. There won’t be any group discussion, you won’t need to join with mic or video. Please be on time as we won’t be adding anyone after 8:02pm so as not to disrupt the flow. Looking forward to practicing together.
